CulinaryDropout was definitely a 10/10 vibe. The ribs were tender, the sauce was flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful 🤩 Our server was attentive and made excellent recommendations, and the staff was friendly and made us feel at home. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you’re missing out. I had the Spicy Shrimp Crispy Rice (Starter, the sauces all blended together so beautiful. Sweet & Savory. Chefs 💋 , 36-Hour Pork Ribs w/ fries (when I say TENDERRRRR…..Yasssss) and for my drink I had the “Campfire Vibes” and it definitely was giving 🕺🏽🍹

From service to entrees = A+.
In town for the Bama/LSU game and wanted to try something new and this was an excellent decision.
Built my own charcuterie board and it was on point. Delicious drinks from the bar, I got the abandoned Cadillac and fiancé got the sweater weather. Excellent choices suggested by our server from the drinks, starters, salads and entrees. Got the steak fritters as well and they were delicious, literally everything was though. Congratulations Bama on your win in football and this dinner experience especially with our waiter! Super sweet/cool guy! So, to whom this may concern, Conner was excellent. He made our 1st experience here fun and he was super knowledgeable of the menu, talked sports with us, desserts, about the restaurant and its locations. Excellent waiter! Btw, manager, get him a gift card to nothing bunt cakes for his superb service.

Food was incredible, but our server Sean was the reason we'll keep coming back! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The staff is awesome. First time they explained the menu. They actually gave me some pretzels and fondue on the house for my first time. I order the Mongolian short rib as my entree. It was very good. The bok choy was a great addition to the dish. If I could nitpick the dish, it probably has just a little bit too much sause, but it probably in the top five short rib dishes I've had in a while.
Excellent job to the kitchen and the staff.
Thanks!

I ate the whipped feta and the spicy shrimp. Yes, it was delicious 😋. The drinks are great. I wanted to try all of them. The atmosphere is a cool relaxing vibe. All the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nate, the manager, was helpful in setting up the party space we reserved. Everything turned out perfectly! I'll definitely be back.

The food was great but it was a little crowded when we went mostly with what seemed to be young folks on a prom date. I'm sure its not usually like that so I won't hold it against em. Food was great but the wait for ordering was a little long with the crowd. No wait for a table with reservations though. Enjoyed the environment and atmosphere so I would definitely be willing to go back and try it again on a less "daddy's money" type of night.

I came here after a very hectic day and it was an hour before close so I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. Boy, was I wrong! I sat at the bar, Caden and Carly were my bartenders and both were super friendly, made great conversation and Caden gave me great food recommendations. I ended up having the cali and tay skinny margarita (spicy and refreshing) and the chicken chop salad. The chicken chop salad is probably the best version of a Cobb salad I’ve ever had. Chicken- tender, flavorful and delicious. All the other ingredients fresh and tasty. (Especially the crispy fresh cooked bacon!) the salad was the perfect mix of hearty and light. This was my first time visiting a culinary dropout and I will definitely be coming back again! Great food and even better service is hard to come by these days so it’s amazing getting both in an establishment. Thanks again!!

My wife and I decided to try this funny named restaurant. For a dropout, chef cooked really well. Wife ordered the fish and fries, and I ordered salmon and wow..well worth the money. Shelby our waitress was good and attentive

NATE, LEVORIS, AND CHEF DREW are the stars of this restaurant!!!. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked through the door. We went during brunch on a Sunday during Christmas and were immediately seated. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with plenty of privacy and a beautiful round bar. I was in the mood for eggs Benedict but unfortunately it wasn’t on the menu. I asked LEVORIS if they had anything like that and went and checked with the chef and came back and said they didn’t but the chef would be happy to make it for me. I let CHEF DREW have free run creating my meal and it DID NOT disappoint!! Who thinks to put pomegranate on eggs Benedict?? But it made sense once i had my first bite. The plate was scraped clean 😋.The smoked salmon dip was phenomenal!!! Nate came by to check on us and our meal more than once and made us feel like celebrities!! This has become my new favorite restaurant on 280!! I will definitely be back for more!!!

I finally got a chance to try Culinary Dropout, and wow I had the most amazing, relaxing solo date! Walking in felt like being in Calabasas, LA the decor is beautiful, the vibe is upscale but chill, and the energy was just right.
The staff were all so fresh, young, and vibrant they really did an amazing job hiring! My waitress, Cayde, was super sweet and attentive, always checking in and making suggestions without being overbearing.
I ordered the steak frites, and it was absolutely perfect the steak was cooked to perfection, the fries were seasoned just right, and the salad balanced everything beautifully. For my drink, I had the zero-proof watermelon spritz, which was light, refreshing, and perfect for the warm outdoor patio setting.
I sat outside, and it was such a vibe warm, relaxing, and full of life. Everything about this place is well-executed, from the vision to the atmosphere. Even the name Culinary Dropout feels motivational, like they really took that concept and turned it into something special.
Definitely a 5-star experience all around! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
